Risecraft AI provides AI-powered business growth services, including:

• AI GBP Growth System: Google Business Profile optimization and management services using automated AI technology and expert oversight
• AI SEO Services: Search engine optimization, keyword research, content creation, and website optimization services
• Performance monitoring and reporting
• Customer support and consultation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Access

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans with no long-term contracts:

• AI GBP Growth System: $197/month
• AI GBP + AI SEO Growth System: $397/month

Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• All fees are in USD or CAD as specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring monthly fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Service Expectations and Limitations

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or positions
• Specific amounts of traffic, leads, or revenue
• Specific timelines for results
• Permanent rankings or visibility

Third-Party Dependencies

Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google, search engines, etc.) whose algorithms, policies, and features are beyond our control. Changes to these platforms may affect service performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and necessary access
• Respond promptly to our requests for information
• Maintain compliance with platform terms of service
• Not interfere with or reverse engineer our services

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI technology) are owned by Risecraft AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes only.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to us ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with service operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use automated means to access our services without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or platform changes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Risecraft AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We are not obligated to maintain or provide you with copies of any content.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
